What is the dress code for the conference?
There is no specific dress code for the conference, but we encourage attendees to dress in smart casual or formal attire.

What is the age requirement for attending the Friday VIP Night?
To attend the exclusive Friday VIP Night, you must be a VIP ticket holder and must be 21 years of age or older. Please ensure you bring a valid ID to confirm your age at the event.

Are service animals allowed at the event?
Absolutely! Service animals are more than welcome. Please contact the GWCC for further information and any specific requirements or accommodations needed for your service animal.

Are there any discounts available for group registrations or early bird bookings?
We recommend taking advantage of our presale tickets. Purchasing during the presale ensures you get your tickets at the current price, as prices may increase as we get closer to the event date. Secure your spot early to avoid higher costs later on!

When does the presale end?
At the moment, the end date for the presale hasn’t been published. Keep an eye on our website and social media channels for updates on ticket prices and deadlines.

When can I expect to receive my e-ticket after placing an order?
After placing your order, you will need to complete a registration process. Once registered, you will be able to download your digital tickets directly. Rest assured, instructions for registration and ticket download will be sent to the email address you provided during your order process.

Are there any one-day tickets for sale?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer one-day tickets for this event. We encourage you to take advantage of our full-event pass to make the most out of your experience!

How can I exhibit at the conference?
To exhibit at the conference, complete the vendor form here. Make sure to read the terms at the bottom of the vendor form to ensure you meet all the requirements. After submitting the form, place an order for your vendor booth to secure your space.

What’s next after I secured my vendor booth?
After securing your vendor booth, our team will review your application and order to ensure they align with our policies. If everything is aligned with our policy, we will reach out to provide more information on the next steps. In some cases, we may reach out for additional verification to ensure compliance with our policies. If we determine that your application or order is against our policy, we will reach out to provide a refund.

What items are prohibited for exhibition at the event?
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are prohibited for exhibition at the event:

  • Beverages: This includes all types of beverages, whether packaged or not, that can be opened and consumed on the premises.
  • Food: This includes all types of food items, such as packaged cookies, candies, sauces, cooked goods, etc., that can be opened and consumed on the premises.
  • Vapes and Smoking Products: This includes all vaping devices and smoking products.

Exhibitors are kindly asked to adhere to these guidelines.

Can the same company or business exhibit in multiple booths?
To maintain a diverse range of offerings and ensure equal opportunities for all exhibitors, it is essential that the same company or business does not exhibit in multiple booths. This policy helps us provide attendees with a broader selection of products and services to explore.
