Dr. Paul Judge is Managing Partner of Open Opportunity Fund, a tech investment firm which invests in AI, agentic systems, and cloud software. He has invested in more than 100 startups. As an entrepreneur, he helped build three companies that were acquired, including CipherTrust and Purewire. He is Co-Founder of Pindrop, a voice security company. He holds over 30 patents, was named a Forbes 250 Innovator, and earned a B.S. from Morehouse and a Ph.D. from Georgia Tech.
