Justice Baiden was born to Ghanaian parents and raised between Atlanta and Ghana, developing a diverse musical ear influenced by African rhythms and reggae legends like Bob Marley. In middle school, he became known for curating eclectic mixtapes that introduced his peers to new sounds beyond mainstream radio.
His passion for music deepened in high school when he discovered Ari Jo’s talent, sparking his journey into the industry. While attending Georgia State University, he met Keri Hilson’s manager, inspiring him to become a music executive.
Justice later discovered Raury and, alongside friends Carlon Ramong and Junia Abaidoo, formed Love Renaissance (LVRN) to champion emerging artists with emotionally rich music. LVRN expanded with Sean Famoso McNichol and Tunde Balogun, launching Raury’s Indigo Child in 2014 and securing a joint venture with Interscope in 2017.
As Head of A&R at LVRN, Justice has been instrumental in curating projects, guiding multi-platinum careers, and nurturing the unique sound and vision of artist’s like DRAM, 6lack, Summer Walker, and more.
His latest ventures include launching the marketing agency Kids Against Cubicles, further broadening LVRN’s creative footprint. With LVRN, he’s redefining Black-owned, artist-first music companies, proving that friends can build history together.
